Rectification:- We received the headsets .first my engineer check then test and lastly go for rectification with original components. We use the same spares for each brand the headsets belong to.

Testing:-We Test with the db meter, Analyzer then finally go for Impedance testing.

Packing:-Packing boy has to clean it and packing as per the dispatch Instruction.

Rectification:- We received the IP Phone .first my engineer check then test and lastly go for rectification with original components. We use the same spares for each brand of the IP Phone belong to.We use to do the revolving also if required for VGA chip.

Testing:-We Test with the IP phone with IPPBEX on setup of AVAYA OR on SIP IPPBEX.

Packing:-Packing boy has to clean it and packing as per the dispatch Instruction.

Rectification:- We received the Board .first my engineer wash it properly and dry with dryer check then test and lastly go for rectification with original condition and as require they change the component. We use the same spares for each brand they belong to and use to consider the current voltage and temperature of the component.

Testing:-We Test with the db meter, Analyzer for stage by stage performance then finally go for each line test by testing equipment.
